In 1998, I began sewing and supplying dog coats to some local veterinarians, pet stores and a wholesale pet food distributor in New Brunswick.  Once people realized there was someone local making pet apparel, they approached me with various needs and suggestions.  I love a challenge, so some of these suggestions lead to a new style of coat.

Located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Polar Pals offers pet apparel in a variety of styles and fabrics.  All coats are made using top quality fabrics such as Yukon fleece, berber, 100% denier waterproof nylon, fleece lined nylon and mesh for safety vests.  Each coat is trimmed with a strip of 3M reflective tape, for increased visibility, and decorated with an embroidered bone appliqué.
