Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard or Certified Bank Cheque.

Order Fulfillment:  You will receive your merchandise within 2 - 3 weeks of ordering. If the article you have ordered is delayed or not available, we will notify you by email.

Shipping:  Canadian orders will be charged an $8.00 shipping fee for each package. Shipments to the USA will be charged $10.00.

Return Policy:  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or credit your credit card. It must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date, be unworn and in the original package. Please ship prepaid and insured in a securely wrapped package. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card for the returned items, and then charge it when the new items are shipped. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of the page and return it with your package.
